Opt-out lists are now checked at time of send, where previously, this was only possible at time of import. Your Opt-out list will always be checked by default against your numbers at time of send, or choose to ignore this should there be critical information that should reach all your numbers, including those on the account's Opt-out list.
IMPORTANT: Please note that numbers will no longer be removed from groups, when recipients opt-out from any of your campaigns.
