URL Shortener Update

This update supports the bulk shortening of unique URLs, by supplying unique URLs per number in Value 1 and making sure that the root domain of the URL is the same for all records, e.g: https://smsportal.com/products/bulksms/#bulkpricing and https://smsportal.com/products/url-shortening/. Both these will be shortened to https://ury.io/vM3TyD (example URL) and provide each customer with a unique URL.
