For those advanced Landing Page users, the HTML/CSS element can now be expanded on larger screens to allow for easier HTML editing.
Telephone numbers and email addresses can now be used as hyperlinks in your Landing Pages. Automatically initiate a new email response, or call-back by inserting one into any of your Image, Branding, Image/Text, Button, or Text elements. This gives your Call to Actions more versatility and allows your customers to engage with you instantly.
Replies can now be categorised as "Standard" or "Opt-outs" on your Replies Reporting page. Simply select the type of reply you would like to search for to view or download your responses, for further analysis.
Our new Opt-out dashboard helps monitor campaigns to keep track of your opt-outs, as they come in. An Opt-out history is also available per number, to help understand the journey that a number has taken while interacting with your campaigns.
Your group retention period can now be set to expire in 2 days, should you want to do a quick send and discard of your group shortly after sending. This allows you to maintain clean customer data without flooding your account with unused groups.
