- In order to allocate credits to a Sub-Account, you need to create a Sub-Account first. If you have not yet done this, you can click on the following GUIDE to view the steps on how to create a Sub-Account.
Simply click on "Sub Accounts" on the left-hand control panel menu, select the "List" option and follow these easy steps:
Once the Sub-Account has been created, you can allocate credits to it under the "Actions" section to the right of your screen, by clicking on the the actions icon next to the specific sub-account and selecting the "+ Add Credits" option . Enter the amount of credits you would like to transfer from your master account to the specific Sub-Account, provide a description for the transaction, and click on "Accept", as seen below:
Kindly refresh your page if the credits does not reflect immediately, and once the credits have been allocated, the new user can go to https://cp.smsportal.com/ and log in to their sub-account.
- Sub-Accounts cannot purchase credits and the main account holder will need to ensure that the Sub-Accounts have credits.
- The main account needs to have a positive balance to be able to transfer credits to a Sub-Account.
- The master account holder has the option to remove credits from a Sub-Account by following the same steps as above, and selecting the "- Remove Credits" option next to the specific Sub-Account.
