The following guide will show you how to update your general account details.
General Account Details
- Always ensure that your account details are your most recent details. This includes email addresses and other contact information. This allows us to contact you easily, should there be queries on your account, and makes this process seamless which improves your overall user experience.
Simply click on "Account Settings" on the left-hand control panel menu and follow these easy steps:
Updating your Account Details
Make the necessary changes as required and click on "Update Settings" to the right of your page, as seen below:
Once you have made the above changes, all general communications going forward will be sent to the updated account details.
- You can add multiple email addresses in the "Email" section by separating it with a comma and no spaces.
