The following guide will show you how to view your website or FTP sent and queued messages on your account.

Viewing your Sent/Queued Messages (Website/FTP)


SOAP & HTTP Channels

  • Please note that the data displayed below relates to messages sent via the Website and FTP channels only. For SOAP and HTTP channels, please download a Date Range report.

Simply click on "Reporting" on the left-hand control panel menu, select the "Sent/Queued" option and follow these easy steps:

Viewing your Sent Messages

Select the specific date range for the sent or queued messages and click on "Search" to the right of your screen, as seen below:


Once the above has been selected, a list of all your sent or queued messages will appear for the specified date range. You then have the option of viewing a short summary of the delivery status for a sent item, by clicking on the "View" button to the right of the specific message.

You can also download a .csv or .xlsx document containing all the information about a specific campaign, by making the relevant selection and clicking on the "Download" button, from the "Viewing Send" page, as seen below:



Important Information

  • You have the option of downloading a complete list of all your sent messages, or a list of messages specific to the delivery status provided by the networks, by making the specific selection from the dropdown menu on the "Viewing Send" screen.
