Buying Credits

Simply click on "Buy Now" at the top right of your screen and follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Enter Amount

Enter the number of credits to purchase and click on "Proceed to Payment".

Step 2: Payment Method

Choose your preferred payment method.

Step 3: Billing Details

Click on the "Billing Address" section to add your billing details and click on "Save".

Step 4: Complete Purchase

Click on the button to the bottom-right of your screen to complete the purchase.

Important Information

• All first-time payments need to be verified before credits will reflect.
• Instant EFT is only available to South African customers.

Credit Expiry

• All credits purchased are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

EFT (Electronic Transfers) and Direct Deposit Payments

• We have implemented a 24 hour waiting period for all first time credit purchases via EFT.
• Credits for EFT (Electronic Transfers) or Direct Deposit payments can not be loaded without an invoice being generated from within the account first.
• To speed up the verification process within office hours, email us at [email protected] with a copy of the PDF proof of payment as well your ID document and/or CK documents.
