How do I buy credits for my account?

Payments can be made from within the account by clicking on the "Buy Now" button and by following the easy steps.

What payment methods can I use?

We offer a range of payment methods which include online Credit/Debit card payments, Instant EFT, traditional EFT as well as Direct Deposit payments.

How long does it take for credits to reflect?

• If you are purchasing credits online for the first time, your payment will be subject to an internal verification process which can take up to 1 hour during office hours only.

• If you are paying via traditional EFT or Direct Deposit for the first time, your payment will be processed after 24 hours for security reasons.
