User Management

The following guide will show you how to create an account for one of your customers.

Simply click on "Accounts" on the left-hand control panel menu and follow these easy steps:

Creating a User Account

Click on "Create Account" at the top right of your screen and complete the required fields, as seen below:


Once you have completed the above, you can click on "Create Account" and your new user account will be created. Your customer will then be able to go to and login with their new credentials.


Important Information

  • To make the account accessible immediately, please ensure that you select the "Activated" field before creating the account. You will also be able to activate or deactivate the account at a later stage, if required.
