Reply Defaults

Simply click on the "Profile" icon to the top-right of your screen, select the "Account Settings" option, then select the "Reply Defaults" tab, and follow these easy steps:

Select an Automation Flow (Default Reply Rule)

Assign a default Automation Flow (Reply Rule) to your website campaigns by selecting your preferred default Automation Flow (Reply Rule) from the dropdown, and clicking on "Update Settings" to apply your new rule.

Edit an Existing Automation Flow (Default Reply Rule)

Edit your existing Automation by clicking on "Edit Automation", and making the necessary changes to the Automation Flow within the Flow Builder.

Create a New Automation Flow (Default Reply Rule)

Create a new Automation Flow by clicking on the "+ Create New" button and building your Automation within the Flow Builder.

Forwarding your Replies (Default Reply Rule)

Please note if you would simply like to forward your message to a mobile number or Email address, this can also be done in the Automation Builder using the Forward Response action

  • Remember to assign it to your Reply Defaults if you would like to use the Automation as your default.
