Replies Forwarding

Simply click on "Settings" on the left-hand control panel menu, select the "Account Settings" option, click on the "Reply Defaults" tab and follow these easy steps:

Add Preferences

Update your required fields as necessary and can click on "Update Settings" to apply your settings.

Important Information

  • Multiple email addresses can be added in the "Forward to Email" section by separating it with a comma and no spaces.
  • An automated response can be setup for all incoming replies. An additional credit will be deducted from the account for each response sent.

Forward Reply to Mobile

  • If you have selected to forward all incoming replies to a mobile number, the system will deduct an additional credit from the account for each response that is forwarded.
