Changing your Password

The following guide will show you how to change your password from within your account.


API Users

  • If you are an API sender and change your password, you might disrupt your API integration. Be sure to query this before changing/resetting your password.

Simply click on "Account Settings" on the left-hand control panel menu and follow these easy steps:

Changing your Password

Select the "Change Password" option and confirm your current password under the "Current Password" field. You can then enter a new password and confirm it by re-typing it in the "Confirm Password" field. Once you have entered your new password, you can click on "Accept" and your new password will be updated, as seen below:


Your new password will be activated once you have logged out of the current session and you will no longer be able to access your account using the old password.


Important Information

  • Avoid using spaces before or after your password, as this will lead to confusion, and you will not be able to log in to your account if the password is not entered in the exact same way.
