Allocating Credits to a User Account

Simply click on "Actions" icon to the right of the specific account you would like to add SMS credits to. You will then be able to select the "Add Credits" option, enter the amount of credits you would like to transfer, as well as add your own cost for each credit, and click on "Accept" to transfer the credits.

Once the credits have been transferred to a user account, your customers will be able to start using the SMS credits immediately.

• Please note that the reseller account would need sufficient credits in order to transfer credits to another user account.

Important Information

• You also have the option of removing credits from a user account by selecting the "Remove Credits" option.
• You can also choose to send an email to your customer, informing them of the credits being allocated, by selecting the "Send Email" option before adding the credits.
