SOAP/HTTP - Cancelling a Scheduled Message

Simply click on "Reporting" on the left-hand control panel menu, select the "Sent/Queued" option and follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Search

Select the relevant channel under the "Sending Channel" field on your screen and continue to enter your specific Event ID for the scheduled message(s) in the "Event ID" field.

Step 2: Cancel

Click on the "Cancel" button to completely cancel the message(s).

Important Information

  • Once you have cancelled your scheduled messages, your credits will be refunded to your account.
  • A scheduled message cannot be edited. You will need to cancel it completely and reschedule it, should you need to make any changes.

Cancelling an Event

  • Please note that you can only CANCEL an event that is at least 10 minutes into the future.
